Velzora processes data to provide the product: answering questions, routing conversations, creating tickets or leads, assisting agents, authenticating users, and maintaining service reliability.

Information we may collect

  • Account information such as name, email, company, role, and login details.
  • Conversation content submitted through the bot, live chat, ticketing, or lead capture flows.
  • Uploaded or connected knowledge sources such as public pages, PDFs, help articles, policy documents, or approved internal data.
  • Operational logs such as timestamps, routing decisions, error logs, audit events, and usage metadata.
  • Integration data needed to connect with CRM, calendar, HR, helpdesk, or communication systems.

How we use information

We use information to operate Velzora, answer and route conversations, create records, provide support, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We may analyze aggregated and de-identified usage patterns to improve product performance and user experience, but not to identify or sell information about clients, customers, employees, or users.

AI processing and providers

Velzora may use controlled third-party AI infrastructure providers to process requests. We configure AI processing for inference and service delivery, not for training third-party models on client data. Where possible, we minimize or de-identify sensitive inputs before external AI processing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, audit logging, and security reviews. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but Velzora is designed with privacy and accountability as product requirements.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Customers may request deletion or export according to their plan and agreement.

Your choices

Depending on your location and relationship with Velzora, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of certain personal information. Contact us to make a request.

Children’s privacy

Velzora is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
